Grandad, I will miss you telling us "it looks good enough to eat" and I'm sad you won't be able to help me with my Spanish homework. Love Eloise Xx

Armchair Mastermind and University Challenge extraordinaire! Kind, respectful, and approachable in every way. Thank you for being such a wonderful father-in-law and for blessing me with an incredible wife.

Dad, I hope you are up there surrounded by all your favourite things: Hundreds, no thousands of books, crosswords and puzzles, Swedish dramas, Leo's peas, whisky, liquorice allsorts, the Sunday papers and cycling! We miss you lots already love Alison Xxx

Diary writer, calendar completer, master quizzer, bibliophile and stoic. Goodbye dad, gone but not forgotten. I'm sorry we won't be able to swap any more books or discuss any new tv shows. Rest in peace.
Lots of love, Helen xxx
